Here comes the People's Shark.
Daymond John -- successful entrepreneur, investor, and branding expert -- is known as the founder of the streetwear brand FUBU and a longtime personality on ABC's Shark Tank.
His social media team at The Shark Group works to enhance his personal brand presence, social media engagement, and audience growth on @TheSharkDaymond on Instagram by delivering compelling, on-brand content. We focus on reinforcing his expertise in entrepreneurship, health, and financial literacy, and highlight his down-to-earth personality.
I draft, revise, and finalize copy for all forms of content on Daymond's channels, from videos, static images, graphics, to story posts and last minute requests. Ultimately -- I want it to sound like him, a proud, honest, and successful Black man from Queens.
I'm sure my being from the Bronx helps a bit. :-)
Working alongside the Video Production team, I copy edit short-form video that goes up on his socials (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn) and create catchy titles for the start of the video.
